Rooted Within Wellness, LLC creates restorative retreats for mothers, fathers and caregivers navigating medical crises and challenges with children. These welcoming retreats provide a space to release, relax, reconnect, and regenerate. Through movement, mindset, and a shared community, we equip families with applicable resources and tools to strengthen their roots, rekindle hope, and bring rest. Every aspect is carefully designed to create lasting wellbeing and hope for the future.
Vision
A network of nature-based wellness retreat gatherings that empower mothers, fathers, and caregivers across the country, beginning with the 1st Annual Retreat for Women in Indiana Spring 2026 and expanding to major children’s hospital regions thereafter, so every family facing medical crisis has access to regeneration, resources, and community.
